As Chief Advancement Officer, Andrew Bergman has been instrumental in strengthening OIC Philadelphia's development initiatives, expanding our community partnerships, and securing vital resources that enable us to fulfill our mission of providing quality workforce development programs to North Philadelphians.

The Philadelphia Business Journal announced the 2025 class of 40 Under 40 honorees on March 17, 2025. Honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony on May 15, 2025, at Globe Dye Works in Northeast Philadelphia and in a special print edition of the paper on May 16.
