AI-Powered Troubleshooting – Use cutting-edge AI tools to enhance support workflows, simulate complex IT issues, and accelerate problem-solving for hardware, software, and network issues
The OIC Tech-Bridge Program is a three-week (15-day), blended technical and professional development pathway designed to prepare participants for entry-level roles in Information Technology Support.
Through a combination of foundational computer hardware and software instruction, participants work toward industry-recognized certifications in Computer Hardware and Computer Software from Cisco. Alongside this technical training, the program builds essential professional development skills, ensuring participants are equipped for success both in the classroom and on the job. Upon completion, participants are prepared to transition into Per Scholas’ IT Support AI Healthcare Training program in partnership with OIC Philadelphia, continuing their pathway toward a career in technology.
