OIC Philadelphia elects Steven Scott Bradley to Chairman of the Board as Organization Approaches 60th Anniversary
Philadelphia, PA — August 28, 2023 — OIC Philadelphia, a venerable workforce development organization that has served the Philadelphia community for nearly six decades, is pleased to announce the election of Steven Scott Bradley to Chairman of the Board. This transition comes as OIC Philadelphia approaches its momentous 60th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the organization's commitment to empowering individuals through education, training, and employment opportunities.

Bradley brings a wealth of experience to this role, having excelled in his professional career as President & CEO of Bradley & Bradley Associates, an insurance firm that was acquired earlier this year by fast-growing Atlanta firm, OneDigital. Now, Bradley dedicates his time to civic ventures and serves on the board of several organizations including: The Philadelphia Foundation, The Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange, WHYY, The Philadelphia Ballet, The First African American Baptist Church, and the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia.
