PHILADELPHIA, PA - Progressive Ventures Inc., the for-profit entity of OIC Philadelphia, has announced the appointment of Timothy Roundtree as its first Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Roundtree brings over 15 years of distinguished leadership experience in diversity, inclusion, and community development to this new role. His extensive background in managing large-scale capital projects and driving operational efficiency within both nonprofit and municipal sectors positions him uniquely to advance Progressive Ventures' mission.

As Deputy Director of the Mayor's Rebuild program, he played a pivotal role in dismantling barriers within the building trades and addressing economic disparities. In his role as Vice President at The Enterprise Center CDC, he has been instrumental in advancing workforce and community development initiatives across Philadelphia, with a particular focus on creating meaningful contract opportunities for minority- and women-owned businesses.
At The Enterprise Center, Mr. Roundtree has been particularly effective in spearheading initiatives focused on economic growth and neighborhood development in West Philadelphia. His collaborative approach with community partners, residents, local businesses, and stakeholders has been crucial in fostering community engagement and revitalization.
